Semi-Custom Wedding Suite Ordering Guide
Thank you so much for considering our Semi-Custom Wedding Suites for your event stationery. Below is a step-by-step guide to ordering the perfect paper goods customized for your unique vision. We recommend reading over this page which provides information regarding how to start the ordering process, different paper options, paper type, and available ink colors.

Choosing a Semi-Custom Suite
We offer a wide range of semi-custom suites with designs suitable for traditional to the modern, contemporary couple. They can be customized with colors, paper types, and add-on embellishments to make the suite uniquely your own and special to your event. Feel free to mix and match semi-custom suite pieces (Example: Using the Alder Semi-Custom Invitation Suite and adding in the Villeneuve Place Cards.) to your order.

Customizations
Once you have chosen your semi-custom suite and selected the paper type, printing type, and quantity, please click the customize button and use our online form to fill out all the necessary information for us to create your suite. The form will ask for your event details (wording, each person’s name, venue, date and time, etc.) as well as paper and ink color. Please review your choices carefully to ensure all details are correct.

Order Submission
Once your order is submitted, we will work on your design pieces. It will roughly take 7 business days or less for us to provide you with a digital proof.

Final Approval
Ordering through our website allots 1 Round of Edits + Final Proof. Any edits after the final proof will be subject to additional fees.

Production and Shipment
Once the Final Proof is approved, we request roughly 1 Month for completion to allow us to order all materials necessary for the creation of the pieces. Once we have completed production, your goods will be packaged and shipped to your mailing address. You’ll receive tracking details once goods are mailed. Please allow 1-2 weeks for mailing depending on your location.
Paper Colors and Types
Cardstock Paper
Cost-effective option with an extensive range of colors available. Smooth finish, straight edges. Roughly 91# cover weight.
Handmade Paper
Additional cost due to handmade nature. Limited colors. Textured finished, deckled edges. Roughly 200# cover weight.
Paper Envelope Colors
At this time, we are only available to offer 91# cardstock envelopes. If you would like to use handmade paper envelopes, we suggest using our contact page so we can better service your special event needs!
Ink Colors
If you would like digital flat print on dark colored papers, we are only able digitally flat print in white on the dark envelopes. If there are any issues with color combinations when submitting your order, we will reach out to you for clarification if needed.

Digital Flat Printing
A flat print on the paper and is created by using our in-house laser printers. A very cost-effective option, multitude of colors available, and has quick turnaround times.
Letterpress
Letterpress Printing
Your design is created into a plate and pressed onto the paper. Each letter, word, and design leaves a soft impression into the paper which can be felt through the touch. An elegant, higher end option with versatile colors, but with a slightly longer production time.

You have spent a satisfactory amount of time reviewing our work and have a reasonable expectation of our calligraphy. The written works and designs will be produced in a style and manner consistent with our current portfolio. However, you understand that the nature of handwritten calligraphy will vary.
Each word may differ depending on the letters, length of names, and will visually appear different from one another when compared. Each line is a single work of art and must be appreciated as such. Due to this fact, we can not imitate the writing style of another artist or calligrapher.
